I think I'm climbing out of the summer doldrums. I can almost feel the crisp Autumn air waiting for me at the top.
Also getting a helping hand up the sheer face of the cliff.
Like, if all goes well and the Big Cheeses at Dead Man Corp. like what I'm up to after my next revision, you'll be able to pick up my entry in the Dead Man series early next year. Fingers crossed as I work my ass off.
Also, if all goes well with my edits on the next Billy Lafitte novel, and if my relationship with the publisher continues to be rosy, you'll be able to pick up The Baddest Ass (or whatever the hell we decide to call it, but I vote for the original title) as an e-book in early '13, too.
So, yeah, how about that? More details as I get them.
In other news, we made the best of our paltry tomato and pepper harvest (everything was slow and small this year) to make a batch of roasted salsa that will keep us through most of the coming Winter. Until then, we've got a few fresh ones left for pico. Yummy.
Glad to see Billy's back. Though how are you going to top a bad ass biker named "God"?

Well...maybe I didnt. Maybe I couldnt top him.
But it *is* called THE BADDEST ASS, by the way.

Did you delete your twitter account?

It's supposed to be enjoyable? I knew I was doing something wrong.

If its no longer fun, its not worth it. And that was Twitter specific, I mean.

I'll go on posting sprees on Twitter. The sprees are for my own enjoyment, I don't my robot followers care.
Twitter's best feature is an easy way see what links people share.

Effin' hell. I need to get caught up in this series. I've only read the first six and I received like the twelfth or something for review last week. Argh.

I googled the release date and happened to catch the excerpt from The Baddest Ass on the PANK Magazine site. Damn, man. That was appetizing. It's gonna be a hard wait for the whole enchilada. Great stuff, as usual. Looking forward to it.

Cool, thanks for the kind words. Itll be a smaller enchilada than usual (shorter book), but it will be jammed full of beans.
